Diana has carried out interment of ashes ceremonies at beautiful woodland burial grounds, with a ceremony at the graveside.
A much smaller plot is required for the interment of a casket and some very attractive biodegradable caskets are available. After a short ceremony with words appropriate to the individual and to the setting, the casket is lowered into the plot, while the family say their final farewells.
Diana usually leaves the family alone at this point with their thoughts and memories, waiting for them when they return to the chapel. Woodland burial grounds also provide park benches and seating so that family and friends can sit quietly with their thoughts afterwards, walk through the woodland area, and visit the plots whenever they want to feel close to their loved ones.
